Authors performed the Benjamin-Hochberg procedure of FDR analysis in gene expression difference tests to control the potential false positives introduced by multiple testing. The thresholds of false discovery rate (FDR) < 0.01 and absolute log fold change > 2 were used to determine the significantly upregulated and downregulated genes between different groups. | ||
