Interaction_summary | "We next measured the changes in the expression of reporter fusions with promoters derived from a total of 14 NHR-25 candidate target genes before and after depletion of NHR-25 in either the larval (Fig. 6, A-Q) or embryonic stage (Fig. 6R). Class 1 and 2 target genes known to be spatially expressed in epidermis were chosen to ensure that at least one NHR-25 peak is located within their promoter sequences (data not shown).
