| Interaction_summary | Reporters for ceh-13 are expressed in the lineages of rays 5, 7, and 9. In an early sop-2(bx91) larva, the expression level of ceh-13::gfp in the ventral cord is moderately increased but does not show extensive ectopic expression. However, at the late L3 stage, ceh-13::gfp is ectopically expressed in sop-2(bx91) male rays. In some sop-2(bx91) animals, almost all ray cells express ceh-13::gfp. | ||||
