In adult hermaphrodites, pat-4::gfp expression is observed in body-wall muscle cells, the spermatheca, the vulva muscles, a subset of the mechanosensory neurons (ALM, AVM, PLM, and PVM), the distal tip cells, the uterine muscles, and the anal depressor and anal sphincter muscles. | ||
