Remark[111205 pad] Gene model created based on RNASeq and Mass spec peptide data supplying evidence that the former 2 genes should be merged. This locus appears to have a 5' Transcript population with and internal 3' UTR and a 3' Transcript population where the 5' end can be optionally clipped/spliced off when using trans-splicing or novel exons. As well as these on-overlapping populations there is also evidence for full length transcripts that join the transcript populations together. This scenario is becoming more and more common in the C. elegans gene set.Curator_confirmedWBPerson1983
