Interaction_summaryIn the potentially more deleterious cgef-1(gk261) background, GFP::PAR-6 retracted further along the A-P axis during Phase I than in the wild type and the GFP::PAR-6-labeled domains in these embryos remained abnormally small through Phase II. At or about the onset of furrowing, the GFP::PAR-6 signal occupied the entire presumptive AB cell cortex, as it does in the wild type.
