Expressed in PVT and intestine. Human RGS1 enables G-protein alpha-subunit binding activity and GTPase activator activity. Is predicted to encode a protein with the following domains: RGS, subdomain 1/3; RGS domain; RGS domain superfamily; Regulator of G protein signaling domain; and RGS, subdomain 2. Is an ortholog of human RGS1 (regulator of G protein signaling 1).
