| Construction_summary | This construct contains 1.5 kilobases of genomic sequence upstream of the start codon of R09B5.3 and 252 base pairs downstream. It was obtained by PCR fusion using the vector pPD95.75::mCherry as the mCherry template. Transgenic worms were generated by microinjecting roughly 10 ng/l of the fusion PCR product, pnlp-30::GFP (20 ng/l) and the pcol12:: DsRed (70 ng/l) coinjection marker in N2 worms (Zugasti and Ewbank, 2009). | ||
