Remark[040708 pad] Re-unified this locus under the Y105E8A.7 gene name following further correspondence with Jim and Jean Louis, it seems that the 2 isoforms have different functions within the organism. eat-18 was identified by Jim Mackay as a rescuing factor for pumping compramised worms. I decided to name the long isoforms .7a and .7b (lev-10) and the short isoforms .7c .7d (eat-18) following Jean-Louis's suggestion.Person_evidenceWBPerson61
