WBPicture0000011763DescriptionFigure 6. Immunolocalization of SET-2L in embryos and L1 larvae. Wild-type worms were stained with affinity-purified anti-SET-2L antibody and 4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) to visualize DNA. During all stages of embryogenesis, SET-2L is localized in the nuclei of all cells. In L1 larvae, it appears to be present at higher levels in the primordial germ cells, Z2 and Z3 (arrow). (Bottom) SET-2L staining is not detectable in set-2l(RNAi) embryos. Bar, 10 um.
