WBPicture0000008867DescriptionIntestinal expression of HAF-9 in C. elegans. (C-D) GFP fluorescence (C) and the corresponding DIC images (D) of Is[haf-9::GFP] transgenic worms. The GFP fluorescence of HAF-9::GFP is observed mainly in intestinal cells. (G-H) Confocal images of intestinal cells around the vulva of Is[haf-9::GFP]. GFP fluorescence (G) and the corresponding DIC image (H) are presented. Both HAF-9::GFP is clearly localized on the periphery of intestinal granules. Tiny white dots are autofluorescent granules; their fluorescence is not derived from GFP, according to spectral analysis.
