Interaction_summary"To determine the individual CYP35 genes which were induced by different xenobiotics RT-PCRs were performed using gene-specific primers (see Table II)... In confirmation with the gene filter results, β-naphthoflavone, PCB52, and lansoprazole potently induced 35A1-5 and 35C1 and partly induced 35B1 and B2. In addition, primaquine produced a strong induction of 35A1, A3, A4, and B2, and less strong induction of 35A2, A5, and C1... benzo[a]pyrene induced expression of 35A5, B1, and C1; atrazine induced 35A5 and C1 (and 35A1, too); only 35B1 and B2 were inducible by ethanol."
