Interaction_summary"In 99% of the pgl-1 embryos examined (n>160), IFE-1::GFP signal was not detectably associated with P granules but was still present in the cytoplasm (compare Fig. 5E,5H). Co-staining embryos with anti-GFP and anti-GLH-2 antibodies confirmed that pgl-1 mutants contain P granules but that those P granules lack detectable IFE-1::GFP (Fig. 5F,G). These results suggest that PGL-1 is required for IFE-1 localization to P granules in wildtype animals."
