Interaction_summary"We found that in the first cell cycle of icp-1(RNAi) embryos, ZEN-4 initially localized to the expected position. However, ZEN-4 did not persist as it does in wild-type embryos; ZEN-4 disappeared after roughly 1-2 minutes (Figure 7; average 1.7 minutes, n = 7). As ZEN-4 and CYK-4 are each required for central spindle assembly, we conclude that, in the first division of icp-1(RNAi) embryos, the central spindle does not stably assemble, thus contributing to the late defects in cytokinesis"
