Interaction_summary | About 65% of yad21 and 35% of yad26 animals had more UNC-9 puncta at both zone 1 and zone 2, and the length of gap junction zone 1 in those animals was enlarged from 23m to about 25m. Neither yad21 nor yad26 changed the overall expression level of GFP::UNC-9. Loss-of-function mutation in unc-33 or unc-44 decreased the number of UNC-9 particles moving away from gap junctions and induced an imbalance of gap junction dynamics. Similar mis-accumulation of endogenous UNC-9 in unc-44 and unc-33 mutants was observed using the UNC-9 specific antibody. | ||||
