| Interaction_summary | Upon gld-4 removal, glp-1 mRNA translational reporter expression was undetectable in almost all germ lines. Consistent with a reduction in the GFP signal, authors also observed lower GFP protein amounts by immunoblotting. When comparing gld-4 animals to wild-type background, a reduction of >80% was observed in protein abundance.
