Fusion proteins were induced in the host strain DH5. Soluble GST-exon 3 fusion protein was affinity purified on glutathione Sepharose 4B (Pharmacia, Piscataway, NJ) and used to immunize rabbits (Charles River Pharmservices). Anti-LIN-14B1 and B2 antibodies were purified with His6:LIN-14B1. | ||
