TypeReporter_gene
PatternNon-nuclear-localized GFP was observed from early embryogenesis GFP was seen in the body wall in the head and tail. Particularly high levels of GFP were seen in the rectal cells, in some unidentified cells in the head and in the adult vulva. Two other independently generated strains, transgenic for the same reporter gene fusion construction, gave similar GFP expression patterns but the transmission of the transgenic array was very low and these strains were not retained.
