PatternIn transgenic lines harboring the reporter, GFP fluorescence is detected in the hypodermis and intestine. No fluorescence is seen in other tissues of the worm. Within the hypodermis, the fusion protein seems to be widely expressed. Strong signals are detected in the head region and in hyp7. No signal is detected, however, in the seam cells.
