Pattern4 neural nuclei stain L1-adult. One just posterior to the proximal bulb of the pharynx, one just anterior to it (these 2 very strong signal) and a symmetrical pair slightly more anterior again (not nearly as strong as others).-maybe members of head sensilla?
Two strongly staining nuclei in the main body of neuropil, and a faintly staining pair symmetrically positioned anterior to the metacorpus of the pharynx (though not inside that organ) show expression from early larval stages onwards. This symmetrical pattern, plus the small size of the stained nuclei, suggests the identity of these two cells to be socket or sheath cells of the IL group of sensilla.
