| Pattern | This construct was detected in the larva in the pharyngeal-intestinal valve, the rectum and some neurons of the tail. In the adult additional expression was seen in the excretory cells and in some unidentified cells in the middle of the body. Interestingly, the A4 promoter/gfp reporter was strongly up-regulated in the intestine of the newly formed dauer larva, while the intestine of the normal developmental stages lacks A4 expression. | |||
