TypeReporter_gene
PatternFor the cdd-2 construct, reporter gene expression was confined to the cells of the intestine with no staining in the pharynx. Staining for the cdd-2 reporter construct was first observed in the egg, but the number of positive cells increased through successive larval stages and was maintained into the adult worm.
