Brief_identificationnon-coding Transcript Isoform
Last_reviewed09 Dec 2013 00:00:00WBPerson4025
Remark[131209 gw3] Created this non-coding transcript isoform to clearly indicate that the two halves of this locus are linked. There is ESt evidence that links across the large intron and the 5' end has a strong asymmetric RNASeq start signal while the 3' end has a strong asymmetric RNASeq end signal indicting that there is one major transcript produced. As there is a SL2 splice site it it possible that this is an operon with two genes that has become damaged by transposon inserts in the middle.Accession_evidenceNDBBJ123103
