TreatmentAnimals at the fourth larval stage were placed onto RNAi plates and grown for 1 day. Next day, eggs were recovered and transferred onto fresh RNAi plates in the absence or the presence of 5-fluorouracil (5-FU). Thereafter, worms were allowed to grow and to produce F1 embryos. Hatched and unhatched F1 embryos were counted and results expressed as the number of hatched embryos for 100 embryos.

PhenotypeWBPhenotype:0001649Remarkung-1 RNAi results in complete suppression (at 0.15 μg/ml of 5-FU) or partial suppression (at 0.3 to 0.9 μg/ml of 5-FU) of the failure to hatch phenotype induced by 5-fluorouracil (5-FU).
