early embryonic: Sister Chromatid Separation (Cross-eyed)
early embryonic: Very reproducible. Chromatin segregation defects during meiosis and mitosis lead to small, sometimes multiple female pronuclei and the typical cross-eyed nuclear separation pattern at the 2 and 4 cell stage. P-lineage divsion is always delayed.
100% embryonic lethality.
