Expression of the B1a-promoter driven GFP in the larva was detected in the main body hypodermis (excluding the seam cells), the pharynx, the excretory cells and the rectum (A). This expression pattern and the additional expression in the vulva were seen in the late larva/juvenile (marked by arrows in B-D), while no signals were detected in the adult hypodermis (marked by arrowheads in C and D).
