| Subcellular_localization | KIN-19::GFP expressed in both nucleus and cytoplasm of seam cells, and the formation of a punctate GFP pattern was observed in the cytoplasm. This punctate expression pattern may be indicative of the localization of KIN-19 to cytoplasmic macromolecular complexes.
