PatternThe transcriptional fusion construct ant-1.1pro::GFP is ubiquitously expressed. The GFP signal was observed in body-wall muscle cells, most of the nervous system, the pharynx, the intestine, gonad sheath cells, and distal tip cells as well as in hypodermal cells, apart from lateral hypodermal (seam) cells. The same expression pattern was in fact detected in transgenic worms expressing the ant-1.1::GFP translational fusion.
