| Subcellular_localization | CeCNX-1 was detected in the endoplasmic reticulum network of an early embryo (2-cell stage) showing perinuclear staining. Immunogold electron microscopy using anti-CNX-1 antibodies showed that in excretory cells, signals were detected in the cytoplasmic regions around the nucleus. Robust signals of CNX-1 were observed in the cytoplasmic regions of the germ cells. In intestinal cells, clustered signals around vacuoles with vesicles were detected. | ||
