| Pattern | Expression is most robust throughout embryonic development from 250 minutes after the first cleavage until the early 3-fold stage. Expression was observed in the nuclei of hyp5, H0-H2, V1-V6 and T. Additional ceh-16::gfp expression was also observed in cells of the AB lineage at stages prior to the one described above (28-56 cell stage). These cells were determined in 100 minute embryos as being ABprap, ABarpp, ABpraa, ABplap, ABplaa, ABarpa and ABaraa. In later embryonic stages expression was observed in anterior neurons and in the DA1 and DD1 motoneurons after hatching. | ||
