| Subcellular_localization | UNC-5::GFP was punctate in all tissues in which it was detected. In neurons, punctate expression is distributed in cell bodies and along axons. Punctate expression was also observed in the veil-like extensions of the following portion of the DTC, which wraps the distal gonad arm. However, UNC-5::GFP appears more abundant around the nucleus at the leading end of the cell and frequently appears most concentrated in the narrow region between the nucleus and the leading edge membrane of the DTC. | |
