PatternExpression is seen from embryos to adults in the hyp-7 nuclei. In embryos expression begins in the 200-300 cell stage and is usually comprised of two rows of 6 or 7 cells. In larvae, two rows of staining nuclei are seen down the length of the body. Staining is often restricted to the anterior half of the worm, with only a single row of staining nuclei in adults.
