A, The full-length rescuing gfp:: egl-21 translational fusion shows wide neural expression, including the cell bodies of neurons in the head and tail ganglia and axons in the ventral (VNC) and lateral nerve cords (LNC) (arrowheads). In addition, many axons in the nerve ring (NR) stained brightly. Scale bar, 10 um.
