WBPicture0000010183DescriptionFigure 5. Expression of ITR-1 in C. elegans detected using anti-ITR-1 antibodies. Animals were collected and fixed as described in Material and Methods. Staining illustrated in (a)-(g) is from experiments using Ab#263; identical results were observed with Ab022. None of the staining marked was present in controls in which the peptide epitope was also present. Expression was detected in the intestine (In), pharynx (P), pharyngeal intestinal valve (PIV), excretory cell (Ec), around the anal sphincter (AS), nerve ring (NR) and ventral nerve cord (VNC) spematheca (Sp) and germ line (GL).
