WBPicture0000008398DescriptionMEI-2 immunolocation. Spindles from wild-type (WT) embryos were fixed and immunostained with anti-MEI-2. In wild type MEI-2 was found at meiotic spindle poles (out of focal plane, white arrowheads) and chromatin (clear arrowheads).
