A, in the 1.5-fold embryos all four polypeptides were colocalized in the hypodermal cells. B, in the elongated embryos the hypodermal location is maintained for the P4H subunits PHY-1, PHY-2 and PDI-2, but DPY-7 was incorporated into the developing cuticle. | |||
