WBPicture0000008115DescriptionExpression of C. elegans V-ATPase pCVC01. Transgenic animals carrying vha-4::GFP fusion gene were fixed overnight at 4 C with 4% paraformaldehyde in phosphate-buffered saline. After washing twice with phosphate-buffered saline, animals were mounted on a glass slide and viewed under a fluorescence microscope. E and F, the vha-4::GFP fusion gene (pCVC01) was expressed predominantly in the H-shaped cell (E) and rectum (F). Scale bars indicate 0.1 mm.
