Interaction_summary"GFP expression was dramatically increased in aip-1::gfp animals within 4 hours following arsenite exposure and was most prominent in all hypodermal cells and to a lesser extent in intestinal cells (Fig 6B). By contrast, GFP expression was unaffected by arsenite treatment in myo-3::gfp animals, which express high levels of GFP in the muscle nuclei (Fire et al 1998), indicating that arsenite exposure does not have nonspecific effects on transgene expression or GFP intensity."
