Interaction_summaryIn wild-type 4-cell stage embryos, the APH-2 protein is associated with the surface membranes of all four cells. Presenilin-deficient embryos (sel-12(ty11); hop-1(RNAi) showed an abnormal accumulation of APH-2 around the nucleus in an apparently identical pattern to that of aph-1 mutant embryos.
