| Interaction_summary | LET- 23::GFP was mislocalized in a significant fraction of animals in both the lin-7 and lin-2 strains at both times of development (1-3 hr or 3-4.5 hr after the L2 molt). LET-23::GFP appears dispersed throughout the apical membrane domain rather than localized to a ring at the cell junctions. Different focal planes of these examples show that LET-23::GFP is predominantly located in the apical membrane domain, with little LET-23::GFP appearing in the basal membrane domain. | ||||
