Interaction_summaryIn the unc-37(RNAi) embryos, although the end-1::GFP signal is somewhat reduced compared with that in the wild-type embryos, the expression pattern is essentially wild-type throughtout embryogenesis. In the had-1(RNAi) embryos, 63% of the RNAi embryos displayed ectopic end-1::GFP expression in MS descendants. Significantly, inhibition of both hda-1 and unc-37 together resulted in ectopic activation of end-1::GFP in nearly all the double RNAi embryos.
