| Construction_summary | Plasmids were constructed on a pFX_EGFPT vector backbone. cDNAs were amplified by reverse transcription-PCR from total RNA of wild-type C. elegans with specific primers tagged with the NotI restriction site. We inserted the cDNA fragments digested with NotI into the Pdpy-7::egfp to create Pdpy-7::pst-1a::egfp. Pdpy-7::pst-1a::egfp was digested with NotI to yield the pst-1a which was cloned into Prgef-1::egfp. | ||
