| Remark | Sera were preadsorbed over a column containing the nonphosphorylated peptide. Antibodies from one rabbit eluted from this nonphosphorylated peptide column showed no cross-reaction with the phosphorylated peptide. The breakthrough from the column of nonphosphorylated peptide was then affinity purified using a phosphorylated peptide column to produce final purified antibody 1163P. The final antibody preparation (1163P) showed no cross-reaction with the non-phosphorylated peptide. |
