A fusion protein with a 6-His terminal tag was expressed with the Xpress System (Invitrogen) and purified over a ProBond resin column. Purified fusion protein was used to immunize two goats. Anti-UNC-18 was affinity purified with the fusion protein coupled with methanol to nitrocellulose filters. | ||
