TeamLeader comment4805748057crl 1998-08-12sjj picked up this difference betweenT20G5 and Y70G10A. I believe Y70G10A to be correct and have edited this to one G. The +ve primers have no sign of an expansion, and G peak is clearly 1 base. The -ve primer is not of verygood quality. There are lots of good quality terminators in Y70G10A to confirm 1 G. Does not appear to be a variation, just an error.
