Subcellular_localizationNHL-2, although diffuse in the cytoplasm, was enriched in discrete puncta at the posterior of one-cell embryos and in the P lineage at later stages. These puncta disappeared in nhl-2(ok818) mutants, showing that they are specific for NHL-2. Authors co-stained 4-cell embryos with anti-P granules and anti-NHL-2 antibodies and found that NHL-2 puncta partially colocalize with P granules.
