| Restricted nuclear localised embryonic expression, the individual staining cells have not been identified. Staining was initially observed as two strongly staining nuclei at the perimeter of the embryo at the 28-cell stage with the number of staining nuclei increasing to 4, 6 and 8 until about 50-80 cells. After this stage no further b-galactosidase expression was observed. | |||
