| Subcellular_localization | SUR-7HGFP was not localized to the plasma membrane, as was the case for a CDF-1HGFP construct, but was enriched at the nuclear periphery and throughout the cytoplasm in a fenestrated pattern. This localization is endoplasmic reticular for two reasons. First, this expression pattern is indistinguishable from that of a C. elegans YFPHTRAM construct (TRAM is an endoplosmic recticulum (ER) transmembrane protein).
