Subcellular_localizationExpressed in nuclei. Disappearance of nuclear immunostaining in an embryo upon RNAi targeted to Ce-rcq-5 supported specificity of the antibody.
TypeAntibody
PatternAs shown in embryos reacted with a polyclonal mouse antiserum against the N-terminal 325 amino acids of Ce-RCQ-5, RCQ-5 protein was present in nuclei throughout embryogenesis, which differed from the lower mRNA level at the late embryonic stage. RCQ-5 protein was also present in nuclei of all the germ cells, oocytes, and intestinal cells.
