Pattern | Zygotic expression starts in the comma-stage embryos. From the early embryo stage to adulthood, CeTOR::GFP is expressed in all major tissues and organs and most, if not all, cells. Importantly, CeTOR is expressed in all the tissues and cells, such as the intestine, the gonad, and the hypodermal cells. These results are confirmed with several other stable lines containing extrachromosomal arrays from two additional translational fusion constructs.
Remark | B0261.2 is called CeTOR in this paper.
